Emergency Toxicology Fellowship Director: Mark Su, MD
The North Shore University Hospital Department of Emergency Medicine has one of the largest groups of American Board of Medical Toxicology certified physicians in the country. These physicians are all fellowship trained in Medical Toxicology and are available to provide treatment as well as follow-up care for poisoned patients. The two-year ACGME accredited Toxicology Fellowship Program, requires their fellows to conduct scholarly activities during their fellowship. There is currently one toxicology fellow. The second year fellow is Amit K. Gupta, MD.
